The Intermatic 40 amp time switch is available in both 120 volt and 240 volt. It features a heavy duty lockable case. Oversize teeter type terminals accept up to #8 wire. It has a heavy duty motor with internal protection for up to 6000 volt transients. It has a 1 hour resolution. Maximum on time is 23 hours, minimum on time is 1 hour. 40 amp tungsten up to 277 volt A.C. You need to direct wire your device into the time switch. Rated for 40 amps at 120 volts or 40 amps at 240 volts.
